Overview

RAM Construction Services is looking for a capable Warehouse Associate to support our company's warehouse operations. You will receive, input, sort, and unload products/equipment and will perform various warehouse activities.

To perform this position sufficiently, the employee must be able to perform the essential duties satisfactorily. The descriptions below are representative of, but not limited to, the duties and details of this position.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assisting team members with loading and unloading trucks.
  • Pulling orders for delivery and putting away returned orders.
  • Maintaining inventory levels.
  • Assisting with the general upkeep and organization of the warehouse.
  • Lifting objects or materials weighing 80+ pounds. Occasionally lifting up to 150 lbs. (with a team member)
  • Assisting team members to ensure all work is done efficiently and on time.
  • Performing other relevant duties as assigned- possible usage of hand tools and small power tools.

Education, Experience & Qualifications

  • This position requires a minimum education level of High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • This position requires a basic understanding of computer knowledge, as well as willingness to learn a Randall Foxtrot (RF) warehouse inventory scanning system. 
  • Basic knowledge of construction equipment and tools, as well as experience with Forklifts and Pallet Jacks necessary- prior warehouse experience preferred.
  • The employee is required to have reliable transportation to travel to and from our office on a daily basis.

Work Environment

As a Warehouse Worker for RAM, the employee will be subject to various work environments. Work environments may include but are not limited to the following: seasonal temperatures, high spaces, small spaces, loud and frequent noises, standing/walking for up to 12 hours a day, indoor/outdoor settings, and areas close to traffic.
