Henriksen Contracting LLC is a locally owned, family owned construction company based in Grimes, Iowa. Established in 2006, we specialize in heavy highway and commercial concrete/asphalt sawing, pavement removal and replacement, crack and joint sealing, and specialized concrete sawing (wall sawing, chainsawing, hand sawing, core drilling)

We are seeking qualified experienced candidates to fill multiple full time seasonal (Approximately April to December) positions of Concrete Saw Operators.

Starting pay: $20.00 - $30.00/hr (based on experience)

Qualified candidates should have 1-2 years of experience in operating various high horsepower and low horsepower concrete saws.

Duties will include (but not limited to)...

*Travel to jobsite (or multiple jobsites) and perform full depth sawing of pavement

*Operate and maintain various styles of concrete saws

*Accurate reporting of times, measurements, and other details of work performed

*Perform and document pre and post trip vehicle and equipment inspections

Qualified candidates should possess the following...

*Valid driver's license and clean driving record

*Minimum of 1 year(s) of related experience

*Proficient use of English language

*Strong verbal and written communication skills

*Ability to perform physical requirements (heavy lifting, standing, walking, balancing, climbing, kneeling, crawling, crouching, working in cold/hot environments, high noise levels)

*Ability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week (Monday-Friday) often with overtime hours (nights and/or weekends)
