Who We’re Looking For
You’re an experienced residential HVAC tech who takes pride in your craft. You communicate well with customers, solve problems independently, and want to grow with a company that will invest in you - not just your labor.
- 4+ years of residential HVAC service experience
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and maintain a positive, professional presence with customers
- A self-starter mindset with a desire to keep growing
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
What You’ll Do
- Service and repair residential HVAC systems across the Twin Cities metro
- Perform preventative maintenance and seasonal tune-ups
- Diagnose issues and walk customers through their options clearly and honestly
- Represent MSP with professionalism and the 5-star experience our customers expect
