Paving Foreperson

The Paving Foreperson is responsible for the daily planning, production, and safety of the paving crew. 

Duties

Calculate quantities and communicate equipment/trucking needs and start time.

Supervise employees on the job.

Oversee progress of sub-contractors, crew, and quantities.

Maintain a safe work environment

Train employees on proper operations including maintenance and housekeeping.

Other duties as may be assigned.

Requirements

Must be 18 years in age or older.

Minimum of a high school diploma or (GED)

Must pass pre-employment drug screen.

Must be willing to travel and work weekends

3 years of related experience and/or training preferred.
