Overview  

As an administrative assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth and efficient operation of our aggregates division. This position involves a combination of administrative, logistical, and communication tasks.

Roles & Responsibilities  

    • Validate operating parameters for all sites on a monthly basis.
    • Assist with running the production plans for the western region.
    • Assist with the monthly S&OP process; supply meeting and prep work for the executive level meeting.
    • Inventory management: run comparisons of drone data to viewpoint and use drone data to check production values.
    • Manage the daily inventory report and distribution.
    • Assist with implementation of future initiatives as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Previous experience in administrative roles, particularly in a construction or logistics setting, is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Bachelors Degree Preferred
