Required Skills

• Refrigeration Theory: A deep understanding of refrigeration cycles, components, and their interactions.
• Electrical Systems: Knowledge of electrical circuits, wiring diagrams, and troubleshooting electrical issues within refrigeration systems.
• Mechanical Aptitude: Proficiency in using hand and power tools, as well as the ability to diagnose and repair mechanical components.
• Brazing and Welding: Skill in brazing copper tubing and welding steel components for system installation and repair.
• Control Systems: Understanding of microprocessor-based control systems, including programming and troubleshooting.
• Hydraulics and Pneumatics: Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems, especially as they relate to refrigeration equipment.
• Ability to work after hours, over weekends and on public holidays
• Must possess current driver’s license and maintain satisfactory driving record 

Pay Scale:

Starting at $44.00 to $55.00 an hour depending of experience.
