Brief Description:

Accounting team member responsible for owner billings and processing subcontractor payments.

Essential Activities:

• Accounting
  • Assists with objectives of accounting department
  • Responsible for timely, accurate pay applications to clients
  • Responsible for timely, accurate processing of subcontractor billings included in electronic pay app process
  • Ensures A/P, A/R and job cost are always in balance
  • Provides month end reports to CFO for financial statement preparation
  • Works closely with PM's to meet client financial reporting expectations
  • Assists CFO with year-end processes

Experience:

• BS in accounting preferred
  • Minimum of 10 years previous accounting experience, with minimum 5 years in construction (general contractor preferred)
  • Experience in all construction accounting functions
  • Experience with Sage 300/Intacct, Procore, GCPay, MS Office Suite
  • CCIFP preferred
