Position Summary

The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting the project manager and project team with project documentation and control, estimating, submittal/shop drawings, and construction closeout efforts. In order to be successful, this candidate should feel comfortable taking on many tasks that require various skills and appropriately prioritizing those tasks' completion. With spending time on the project site engaged in the work itself.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Assist with on-site management to ensure project success
  2. Review & coordination of product (Switchgear, Light Fixtures, Lighting Controls,etc.) to ensure quality installation
  3. Takeoff & Estimating of scope changes
  4. Identify & write RFI's for clarification of the installation requirements.
  5. Ensure project plan is moving forward to meet anticipated deadlines

Position Requirements

  • 2- 5 years' of experience in commercial construction, specifically electrical installations
  • Experience with Accubid, Bluebeam, Procore
  • Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices, and performance standards
