We are seeking an experienced and skilled Corporate Pilot to join our team. The Corporate Pilot will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting business members to various job sites and customer locations. This role requires flexibility with scheduling as business needs may change and last-minute trips may arise. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in scheduling flights and understanding airport operations. The Corporate Pilot will operate a fleet including Cirrus SR-22T, Twin Cessna C-421C, and Pilatus PC-12NG aircraft. A minimum of 800 hours of flight time is required for this position.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate Cirrus SR-22T, Twin Cessna C-421C, and Pilatus PC-12NG aircraft in accordance with company policies and aviation regulations.
  • Plan and execute flights to various job sites and customer locations based on business requirements.
  • Maintain proficiency in flight planning, navigation, and communication systems.
  • Collaborate with the flight operations team to schedule flights and coordinate logistics.
  • Monitor weather conditions and airspace restrictions to ensure safe flight operations.
  • Conduct pre-flight and post-flight inspections of aircraft to ensure airworthiness.
  • Communicate effectively with air traffic control and ground personnel at airports.
  • Adhere to all company safety protocols and procedures.
  • Report flight data after each day of flying to assist with the proper billing of aircraft use.
  • Track Cirrus and Twin Cessna flight hours and coordinate scheduling for oil change, AD inspections, and annual maintenance inspections with Flight Craft Maintenance.
  • Purchase oil and hangar supplies as needed.
  • Perform aircraft cleaning between flights as needed.
  • Submit aircraft use report at the end of the month.

 

Requirements:

  • Valid pilot's license with instrument rating.
  • Minimum of 800 hours of flight time.
  • Experience flying Cirrus SR-22T, Twin Cessna C-421C, and Pilatus PC-12NG aircraft preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility with scheduling and willingness to accommodate last-minute trips.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
  • Knowledge of aviation regulations and procedures.
  • Clean safety record and no history of accidents or incidents.
  • Commercial pilot license with instrument rating. (Ensure applicant has both single-engine land and multi-engine land ratings also)
  • Current 2nd class medical.
