Project Manager - Division 8

Role Overview
As a Project Manager-Division 8, you will manage Division 8 projects from start to finish, ensuring every detail is accounted for-from contract review and submittals to purchasing and job completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Review contracts and change orders for accuracy
- Provide detailed project breakdowns
- Prepare and submit project submittals (including elevations) to clients
- Update approved submittals with revisions as needed
- Monitor project timelines and purchase products based on schedule needs
- Create and manage change orders in response to customer modifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Prior experience in commercial door and hardware (Division 8)
- Comsense experience preferred
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Strong mathematical aptitude
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and other project documents
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive salary based on experience: $70,000 - $85,000
