POSITION OVERVIEW:  

Position will be responsible for the stocking of construction materials on various job sites and the general clean-up after the work is completed (on a daily and project basis).

 PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:  

  • Observe and /or interact with various professionals related to the construction field including owners, general contractors, field supervisors, foremen, construction crews and vendors.
  • Stocking of Materials at the Job Sites – Responsible for the selection/identification/handling of construction materials from inventory, and the safe delivery and stocking of items at the job sites.  The items could include building materials, machinery or tools needed for the project.
  • Clean-Up – Responsible for clean-up of the work site on a daily and project basis, including rubble and debris, and removing any hazardous waste materials.  Also responsible for putting tools and equipment back in its proper place, and returning any unused items to inventory at the end of a project.
  • Special Projects and Miscellaneous – May be assigned special projects and other related duties to handle (i.e. breaking down boxes for recycling; assisting other workers; cleaning up areas of the storage facility). 
  • Conduct job site quality and safety assessments.

In this position you will:

    • Have a high school education or (GED) or equivalent. (Desired/not required)
    • Have reliable transportation to and from various job sites around the Denver Metro area.
    • Be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and E-verify.
    • Be available for flexible work hours between 5:30am and 4:00pm M-F with occasional weekend assignments.
    • Be able to read and write English, specifically to understand instructions, rules, etc. for work activities.
    • Be a curious learner able to ask questions or share concerns in a timely, proactive manner.
    • Be able to meet the rigorous physical requirements of commercial construction to include lifting heavy objects, stand/bend/stoop and climb ladders on a continuous basis.
