Responsibilities & Essential Duties

Responsibilities as the Accounts Payable Specialist include handling all payables for Lantz operations as well as coordination with our three Overhead Door division. We are looking for individuals who are self-driven and motivated, detail oriented, have accounting experience and have great customer service skills. As a team member you will be expected to work alongside other Lantz team members contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Expected Schedule/Hours of Work: Position is full-time, generally Monday through Friday with flexible schedule and hours.

 Required Education and Experience

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in accounts payable
  • Possess great attention to detail
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and ability to learn/use industry specific programs
  • Ability to work cohesively with others
  • Positive attitude and works with integrity
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional client satisfaction

Preferred Education and Experience

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree
  • Construction accounting experience
