Responsibilities

  • Maintain company facilities - including bathrooms, lunchrooms and conference rooms
  • Oversee the supply warehouse, small equipment shop and the yard
  • Communicate facility needs with the Facility and Materials Manager
  • Provides field employees with necessary supplies and equipment in a prompt and efficient manner
  • Maintain records for the locations of small trailers and equipment
  • Perform repairs of small equipment and tools promptly and efficiently
  • Prompt and accurate in inventory, customer orders/billings and other paperwork
  • Coordinate job material in the lower yard areas

 

Experience & Qualifications

  • Valid Driver’s License Required
  • Preferred:  CDL License
  • Required:  Knowledge of excavation and paving industry 
  • Preferred:  Two years’ experience in small equipment repair and facility maintenance 
  • Knowledge of mechanical operations and repairs of company facilities (Plumbing, Electrical & HVAC)
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
