Job Summary:

With a focus on both team leadership and engineering design tasks, you'll play a pivotal role in driving performance and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with division directors, owner, and customers to develop design concepts for new projects.
- Translate customer concepts into high-quality designs using cutting-edge software.
- Provide regular updates on design progress and completion timelines.
- Lead and mentor team members, fostering a positive and productive environment.
- Oversee project designs from start to finish, ensuring effective delivery.
- Document the design process thoroughly and present progress reports to stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 6 to 10 years of design/product engineering experience.
- Engineering Degree preferred (Ag, Mechanic, Civil).
- Proficiency in Advance Steel, Civil 3D required.
- Knowledge of Revit, Inventor, AutoCAD, Cyclone Field 360, Register 360, Trimble Field Link preferred.
- Ability to travel (20% of the time, subject to change based on job needs).
- Team leadership experience preferred.
- Strong project management and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a deadline-oriented, fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the Agricultural Industry is a plus.
