We are currently searching for Quality Control Technician. The successful candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and written communication skills and will be responsible for a wide variety of quality control efforts including but not limited to testing materials produced to assure compliance with internal and external specifications, providing technical services and support to internal and external customers. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Collecting of samples and performing tests
  • Observing, inspecting, and conducting on-site field testing of construction materials
  • Maintaining cleanliness of equipment
  • Provide assistance as directed by the QC Manager

 

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous QC work experience preferred
  • Comply with all safety standards, rules and regulations set by the company
  • Capable of working at a sustained pace and produce quality work
  • Must be accountable for conduct and have excellent attendance
  • Ability to have a flexible work schedule, including working overtime and weekends as needed

 

Work Environment:

Work is performed outside in all types of environmental conditions. This position performs strenuous physical activity, for long periods, under varying and adverse field conditions. This position must be able to lift and/or carry up to 50 lbs., stand, walk on uneven surfaces, manually manipulate, grasp, reach out and above shoulder, climb, kneel, bend, twist, and push/pull.
