PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ultimate responsibility of construction schedules
- Work directly with marketing to produce initial baseline schedules for project pursuits
- Participate in project’s pre-construction phase, advising on all constructability timelines
- Spot project risks and include impact analysis for review by project team
- Generate buy-in with subcontractors by participating in preconstruction meetings with every large-scale subcontractor to review scope and set expectations for timelines
- Visit project sites to walk the job and coordinate schedules with project team as determined by management
- Collaborate with project teams to update project schedules (to include tracking delays)
- Support team to develop short term construction schedule (“3 week look-ahead”)
- Train project team in scheduling theory and the building and maintenance of schedules
- Track critical activities and changes to the critical path impacting the project
- Educate the team on utilizing the project schedule as a tool to hold team, subcontractors, and owners accountable for decision making
- Assist project teams with generation of fragment schedules for submission with extension request
- Provide a summary and report on project progress to executive team
- Host postmortem on final schedule to review data trends and next steps for improvement on future projects
- Advise and assist in development of company scheduling policy
- Understand, implement & uphold Pogue procedures and processes
- Other duties as assigned
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPECTATIONS:
- Expert knowledge of assigned plans and specs
- Experience with critical path method of scheduling
- Working knowledge of all trades

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION:
- 10 years serving in a construction operations role creating baseline and maintaining construction schedules
- Bachelor’s in construction management, architecture, or engineering, or commensurate experience
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
- OSHA 30
- K-12 experience preferred
