PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage Warranty Department by delegating responsibilities to Team
  • Knowledge and ability to read plans and specs
  • Complete Warranty checks
  • Support one year warranty walks
  • Communicate and schedule Subcontractors for repairs
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Maintain organized files, plans & shop drawings
  • Maintain and manage warranty google doc
  • Follows all safety guidelines to ensure safe jobsite repairs
  • Assist with scheduling or addressing of building maintenance items
  • Support field management leaders with other duties as assigned

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION: 

  • 1-3 years as a handyman or in construction with knowledge of multiple trades.
  • Associates in Construction Management preferred.  Work experience is acceptable.
