PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage Warranty Department by delegating responsibilities to Team
- Knowledge and ability to read plans and specs
- Complete Warranty checks
- Support one year warranty walks
- Communicate and schedule Subcontractors for repairs
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Maintain organized files, plans & shop drawings
- Maintain and manage warranty google doc
- Follows all safety guidelines to ensure safe jobsite repairs
- Assist with scheduling or addressing of building maintenance items
- Support field management leaders with other duties as assigned

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION:
- 1-3 years as a handyman or in construction with knowledge of multiple trades.
- Associates in Construction Management preferred. Work experience is acceptable.
