Pegasus Link Constructors is a fully integrated joint venture made up of Fluor and Balfour Beatty Infrastructure, Inc. with over 17 years of experience working together.  We are looking for talented individuals to join our team on the I-635 LBJ East project.  The project is a $1.7 billion design-build construction project that will improve the capacity and operational efficiency of the portion of I-635 north and east of Dallas, from east of U.S. Highway 75 to I-30.

PLC is currently seeking candidates to fulfill a Data Entry Clerk role.

Duties:

• Verify data and correct data where necessary
• Obtain further information for incomplete data sources
• Update data and delete unnecessary files
• Combine and rearrange data from source documents where required
• Enter data from source documents into prescribed computer database, files and forms, including Excel
• Check completed work for accuracy
• Store completed documents in designated locations
• Respond to requests for information and access relevant files
• Additional other duties as assigned

Skills:

• Strong verbal/written communication skills
• Demonstrate good organizational skills
• Exceptional customer service and support skills
• Works well under pressure and can meet deadlines
• Must read, write and speak fluent English
• Must have prompt and consistent attendance
• Requires 1 year related data entry experience and/or training
