CAD Lead- Remote
Under supervision of management, the CAD Lead will be an active in taking part in both ensuring the team is hitting expectations on work rate, estimated hours, and deadlines, along with working on projects personally as time allots. This role is anticipated to be about 50% technical guidance and leadership to the existing CAD technicians and the remaining time spent working on the more complex jobs provided by clients.

What is Required?
- Software Proficiency: Have at least 1 year of experience with Civil 3D or comparable 3D modeling software and CAD, specifically Civil 3D.
- Design Experience: Possess 1+ year of experience in designing natural gas facilities, with engineering or field experience in facility work considered a bonus.
- Computer Skills: Be familiar with common computer applications, including Microsoft Office.
- Attendance and Communication: Demonstrate consistent attendance and effective oral and written communication skills when interacting with co-workers, supervisors, and internal/external customers.
- Customer Service Skills: Exhibit strong customer service skills.
- Problem-Solving: Have strong problem-solving skills.
