Due to continued growth, we are seeking a talented individual to join our team as one of two Inspection Sales Leaders! In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the sales growth of our Inspection Division by hiring, training, and leading Outside Sales Representatives in coordination with our local branch locations. The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep commitment to supporting a team of sales professionals.

Responsibilities:

  • Hire, train and lead inspection sales representatives 
  • Mentor team of sales staff while local leadership manages and supports operation execution 
  • Assist in the assignment of sales territories and sales goals 
  • Establish & Maintain IMA training programs and clear SOPs for the organization’s sales representatives 
  • Dependent on office needs, review IMA proposals for pricing accuracy & ensure professional delivery 
  • Provide Feedback Plus/Deltas and coaching for sales reps on ways to improve performance and manage challenges  
  • Attend and preside over sales meetings, and run monthly sales call with inspection sales team  
  • Conduct individual monthly 1:1 meeting with Business Plan, Cookbook & Dashboard Review with each sales rep (sales rep to provide data 2 days prior to their scheduled call) 
  • Work with Chief Information Director and Digital Transformation Team to optimize CRM potential utilizing data to determine sales strategies 
  • Ensure customer satisfaction 
  • Travel to different locations to make sales calls with sales team 
  • Assist with IMA Reps initial Lunch and Learn Meeting, as requested by rep if needed 
  • Maintain and generate reports to ensure that goals are being met 
  • Lead the Regional Sales efforts as the point of contact for accounts that can be scaled across the organization 
  • Advise on strategic initiatives to increase Inspection Margins, Sales or net EBITA performance 
  • Other related duties as assigned 

Qualifications/Requirements: 

  • High school diploma / GED required; Associate’s Degree preferred 
  • Business development / marketing background a plus 
  • Sales experience related to the fire protection field and/or building services & maintenance contracts a plus 
  • Strong written and oral communication skills 
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products

Licenses/Registration Requirements:

  • Valid driver’s license 

Physical Demands and Work Environment: 

  • Office environment with moderate noise level 
  • May require opening of heavy file cabinets with bending, stooping or kneeling to file 
  • May require light lifting of storage boxes, packages to be mailed, etc. 
  • Will require consistent time spent on the computer and phone throughout the day
