PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Report directly to SPM/PM for your project
- Process RFIs and Submittals
- Perform Job set-up (non-financial)
- Assist with close out process
- Post plan changes (PR, RFP, ASI, Addenda, bulletins)
- Compile and submit subcontractor pricing (after review by SPM/PM)
- Lead subcontractor preconstruction meetings
- Lead Owner/Architect/Consultant meetings
- Lead coordination and final coordination meeting on storm shelters if required
- Complete coordination with major trades
- Review subcontractors pay applications
- Assemble owner billings
- Assist with buying out subcontracts
- Assist with putting together subcontract documents
- Attend and help estimating during bid days
- Base knowledge of project financials
- Knowledge of construction sequencing
- Other tasks as assigned

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor of Construction Science preferred
- 2-4 years in construction field serving onsite as Project Engineer or in similar APM role
