As a receptionist at CL Construction, you will be the first point of contact for our company. You will play a vital role in ensuring smooth communication both internally and externally.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Answering incoming calls and transferring them to the appropriate person or department.
• Greeting and welcoming customers, vendors, and walk-in traffic in a friendly and professional manner.
• Assisting with data entry and filing as needed to maintain organized records.
• Supporting the HR team with various administrative tasks such as scheduling interviews, organizing employee records, and assisting with onboarding procedures.
• Providing assistance and information to employees and visitors regarding general company inquiries.
• Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
• Assisting with other administrative tasks and projects as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
• Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional demeanor and positive attitude.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
