Morgan Corp. is currently searching for a Site Administrator to work with a project in Aiken, SC. 

 

Our large project sites have ongoing recruiting, onboarding, and administrative needs. The Site Administrator will report to the Project Manager providing administrative support to the project management team for the length of the project.

 

 Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary contact for administration, payroll, and HR needs on the project site.
  • Assist in new employee onboarding process including the completion of hire packets, collecting I-9 documents, and submitting background checks.
  • Greet potential candidates and answer questions during the recruitment process.
  • Support recruiting efforts on an as needed basis including, but not limited to, reviewing resumes, screening candidates, scheduling on site interviews, distributing marketing materials, etc.
  • Greet guests to the site, receive vendor deliveries, answer incoming calls and transfer accordingly.
  • Oversee ordering of office supplies.
  • Order meals for site events and training.
  • Manage conference room and video conferencing system, if applicable on site.
  • Prepare meeting agendas and presentation files when needed.
  • Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned/needed by Division Manager, Project Management Department, Human Resources and Recruiting Departments.

 

Qualifications:

  • 1 - 2 years administrative experience, preferably in heavy equipment/construction setting
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Recruiting or HR Admin experience a plus
  • Detail oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced constantly changing environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite software programs, email, and intranet usage
  • May be asked to travel to headquarter office in Spartanburg, SC, or other project sites.

 

 Work Environment:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands and fingers, grasp, reach with hands and arms, see, speak, and hear. Frequently stand and walk. Occasionally required to stoop, kneel, or bend. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Most work is performed in office environment.
