Job Description

Are you a track loader operator who enjoys a variety of tasks, takes pride in your work and who wants to work on a team with others who do the same?  B.R. Kreider & Son, Inc. is looking for a full-time TRACK LOADER OPERATOR.

Responsibilities

  • Operate track loader in a safe and responsible manner
  • Understand maintenance chart and perform daily equipment maintenance
  • Efficiently move dirt, strip topsoil, cut fill and put to grade
  • Compact soil properly
  • Ability to read and interpret plans and grade sheets
  • Ability to calculate grades and percentages
  • Communicate effectively with Supervisors and Operator's Assistant
  • Set up lasers
  • Schedule and organize trucks
  • Pay attention to fine details and completely finish job
 

Experience & Qualifications

  • Valid Driver’s License required - CDL Class A or B License preferred
  • Required:  2 years of heavy equipment experience
  • Preferred:  Track loader experience
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
