Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Sales to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. Reporting directly to the CRO, the VP of Sales will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to expand our market presence and achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales goals.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Identify new business opportunities and explore untapped markets to drive business growth.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure alignment and synergy.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics, track progress against targets, and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Stay abreast of industry developments, regulations, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field or related field experience.
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, preferably in the erosion control or environmental solutions industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve results.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a passion for driving business growth.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales management tools.
