The Role:

Work closely with our Sales Manager and Installation Manager to ensure the highest quality of costumer care is given to our clients. This will result in coordinating sales leads ensuring they turn in to appointments with our sales team and scheduling installation jobs. This position is the glue that holds the sales team and installation department togethers. 

Responsibilities: 

• Work closely with the installation manager, you will help the team complete jobs on time and under budget, helping achieve the company's financial goals. 
• Dispatch all sales calls to the project managers. 
• Track the result of the sales call for reporting purposes. 
• Provides support to the installation department during the plumbing install. 
• Complete job cost reporting with the sales manager and installation manager.
• Pull necessary permits with cities and schedule inspections. 
• Know how to establish customer rapport to ensure highest levels of satisfaction. 
• Professionally answering the phone in a polite, friendly manner.
• Calling customers to set up installations. 
• Schedule and dispatch jobs for the install team. 
• Make last minute adjustments with scheduling and project manager assignments. 
• Ability to prioritize calls and maximize company revenue. 
• Complete accurate and timely paperwork. 
• Process invoices in the computer system. 
• Participate in all formal exercises and on-the-job training.
