Quantel Research is an owner operated business with over 20 years in the market research industry. We gather opinions from people all over the country about local and national topics. We are looking for dependable, energetic individuals to join our team!

As a market research telephone interviewer, you will talk with people over an internet phone connection and use a script to ask them opinion survey questions. In this role you will answer automated inbound calls during your shift.  

We offer flexible scheduling with evening and weekend hours. There are some weeks where you can work overtime and there are times when there will be no work available. 

NO SELLING OR COLLECTIONS EVER! 

NO PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE NECESSARY! 

PAID WEEKLY! 

JOB REQUIREMENTS: 

  • Requires a flexible person; Hours are NEVER guaranteed 
  • Ability to follow a script and read English clearly. 
  • Comfortable using multiple computer programs simultaneously. 
  • Confident in your ability to accurately record answers using a multiple-choice scale or by typing out responses verbatim. 
  • Provide your own equipment, internet access, and quiet workspace. 
  • Available to attend new-hire training via zoom (1 day).

WORK FROM HOME SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS: 

  • Windows 10 or higher operating system computer (laptop or PC). *Chromebook & MAC are not compatible with our software*. 
  • High Speed Internet. 
  • Headset with a microphone that plugs into your computer via USB. 
  • Working cell phone. 
  • A quiet workspace. 
  • Commitment to printing the necessary training materials (4 documents) 

Interview and training are conducted virtually and there is a MANDATORY one-day training before you begin your work schedule.
