As we expand our operations, we are seeking a full-time skilled and experienced Production Fabricator to join our talented team.

The Production Fabricator will contribute to our growing manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating fabrication machinery, reading technical drawings, possess an eagerness to learn new skills, and the ability to problem solve complex issues to help drive forward the team’s strong continuous improvement culture; all while ensuring the highest quality standards in the production process.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain fabrication machinery and equipment in accordance with safety and quality standards.
  • Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to fabricate components with precision.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
  • Conduct quality control checks to ensure the accuracy and quality of fabricated products.
  • Troubleshoot and address issues with machinery or processes to minimize downtime.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and industry regulations to maintain a secure working environment.
  • Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and contribute to enhancing overall efficiency.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure seamless workflow.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, contributing to a safe and productive manufacturing environment.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and advancements to remain current in fabrication techniques.
  • Take ownership of assigned tasks and have a strong desire to challenge the status quo and improve all areas of production through, To-Dos, daily stand-ups, and team meetings.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Production Fabricator or similar role.
  • Proficiency in operating fabrication machinery and tools.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and adherence to industry regulations.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing production schedules and priorities.
  • Willingness to travel to aid the team in service work and customer support.

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Vocational training or certification in fabrication is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment or high-level mechanical understanding is required.
