Job Summary

This position will be a part of our field crew. You will fly and drive across the United States installing “wear” products, mainly ceramic and refractory type linings, in cement plants, power plants, grain companies etc. While in the field you may work 7 days a week with 12-hour days. When not traveling, you will work in the shop at our Liberty, MO facility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install wear products at customer sites.
  • Perform physical functions per job requirements.
  • All other duties as assigned by manager.
  • Work in fabrication shop when not traveling.

Preferred Qualifications and Experiences

  • Mig Welding a plus
  • Concrete experience helpful
  • Self- Motivated
  • Ability to travel (40%-50%, travel incentives)
  • Must be comfortable with heights and confined spaces.
  • Valid driver’s license (commercial driver’s license helpful but not required)
  • Work well with a team

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to lift 50 to 75 lbs
  • This position requires standing for long periods of time.
  • Able to physically maneuver around equipment and projects.

Must complete a background check, drug test and physical.
