PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- User Management and Permissions:
- Manage user access and permissions across various software platforms.
- Add and remove users as needed, ensuring proper authorization and security protocols are followed.
- Troubleshoot and resolve user access issues promptly.
- Power BI Support:
- Assist in the development, maintenance, and optimization of Power BI reports and dashboards.
- Collaborate with team members to understand data requirements and deliver insightful visualizations.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity within Power BI reports.
- Data Comparison and Modeling:
- Perform data comparison tasks to identify discrepancies and ensure data consistency.
- Develop and maintain data models to support business intelligence and analytics efforts.
- Work with various data sources and ensure seamless data integration.
- Technical Support:
- Provide technical support for software-related issues and inquiries.
- Assist in the implementation and rollout of new software features and updates.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users on software tools and best practices.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with IT, data, and business teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback.
- Document processes, procedures, and best practices for user management and Power BI support.
- Support the Accounting Department with other duties as assigned
REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPECTATIONS:
- Proven experience in managing user permissions and access within software platforms.
- Proficiency in Power BI, including report and dashboard creation.
- Experience with data comparison, modeling, and integration.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with other business intelligence tools and data visualization platforms (preferred)
- Knowledge of database management and SQL (preferred)

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
- 1+ years’ experience in information technology related field
- Bachelor’s Degree
