PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • User Management and Permissions:
    • Manage user access and permissions across various software platforms.
    • Add and remove users as needed, ensuring proper authorization and security protocols are followed.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve user access issues promptly.
  • Power BI Support:
    • Assist in the development, maintenance, and optimization of Power BI reports and dashboards.
    • Collaborate with team members to understand data requirements and deliver insightful visualizations.
    • Ensure data accuracy and integrity within Power BI reports.
  • Data Comparison and Modeling:
    • Perform data comparison tasks to identify discrepancies and ensure data consistency.
    • Develop and maintain data models to support business intelligence and analytics efforts.
    • Work with various data sources and ensure seamless data integration.
  • Technical Support:
    • Provide technical support for software-related issues and inquiries.
    • Assist in the implementation and rollout of new software features and updates.
    • Conduct training sessions for end-users on software tools and best practices.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
    • Work closely with IT, data, and business teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
    • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback.
    • Document processes, procedures, and best practices for user management and Power BI support.
    • Support the Accounting Department with other duties as assigned

REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPECTATIONS:

  • Proven experience in managing user permissions and access within software platforms.
  • Proficiency in Power BI, including report and dashboard creation.
  • Experience with data comparison, modeling, and integration.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with other business intelligence tools and data visualization platforms (preferred)
  • Knowledge of database management and SQL (preferred)

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

  • 1+ years’ experience in information technology related field
  • Bachelor’s Degree
