Accounting Generalist Responsibilities
- Process monthly inventory counts and reconciliation to the GL
- Real estate/ Personal Property tax filings
- Sales and Use tax filings
- License and permit tracking and management
- Weekly bank reconciliation
- Tracking mining activity
- Initiating royalty payments
- Review of weekly data for accuracy and errors
- Backup for AP/ AR/ Hourly Payroll
Accounting Generalist Requirements
- 18 years of age or older.
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving history required.
- 3+ years of overall combined accounting and finance experience
- Accounting degree preferred
- Self-motivated/ Team Player
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Organized/ attention to detail
