Job Description

Are you an experienced Concrete Foreman who enjoys leading a team?  B.R. Kreider has recently opened a Concrete division to handle our flat work and handset work on some of our projects, as well as to handle concrete patios, walks, aprons, and stamped concrete for homeowners.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and participate in concrete preparation, placement, installation, finishing and curing
  • Understand blueprints, drawings, and plans and ability to create a finished product
  • Monitor and manage materials used on the job to meet company and customer expectations
  • Properly plan and lay out projects for maximum efficiency, production, and quality
  • Coach, mentor, lead and develop team members

Experience & Qualifications

  • Required:  Valid Driver's License
  • Preferred:  Experience as a Concrete Foreman
  • Preferred:  Decorative stamping experience
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
