Morgan Corp. is seeking to enhance its presentation of proposals and client-facing content through the addition of a Proposal Coordinator. This role will work closely with the Marketing, Business Development, and Estimating teams to ensure that proposal materials are compliant, accurate, and promote our competitive advantages.
This individual will manage information resources to streamline our proposal and (RFQ/SOQ/RFP/RFB/ITB) processes and effectively communicate Morgan Corp’s expertise as a long-respected contractor. This role requires a talented individual who enjoys complex projects and is capable of precise performance under deadline.
The right candidate will have a passion for serving as the narrator for Morgan Corp as an industry partner and will believe in the existing momentum of our project teams and our potential to yield new opportunities.
Essential Job Functions:
- Participate in kickoff meetings and preproposal conferences to establish strategies.
- Assist with writing and presentation of non-technical marketing deliverables.
- Develop comprehensive proposals with consistent formatting and structure, adhering to company and client guidelines.
- Coordinate with estimating teams to prepare project interview presentations.
- Coordinate information from multiple departments, rewriting and editing for tight deadlines.
- Organize the proposal schedule, assignments, and key information.
- Oversee the final production of the proposal, ensuring all documents are correctly formatted, printed, and delivered on time.
- Facilitate formal proposal reviews to gather constructive feedback.
- Work with estimating to monitor proposal requirements and time effort required.
- Maintain corporate information including job histories, personnel resumes, corporate and individual licenses, and project team qualifications.
- Maintain win/loss data of proposals.
Requirements and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in: Communications, English, Construction Management, or Journalism.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and proposal management software.
- Construction experience is preferred; Some evening and weekend work is required.
