Job overview

As a Millwright Project Manager at CL Construction, you will be responsible for maintaining the final accountability for all assigned millwright projects from the initial bid to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborating closely with general superintendents, project engineers, and company leadership to ensure project timelines are being met while staying within the budget
• Proactively monitoring project activity to prevent avoidable delays
• Mentoring, leading, and developing team members and crews
• Managing project schedules, timelines, budgets and expenses.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years project management experience within the millwright or agricultural construction industry
• Ability to read and interpret blue prints, drawings and other types of schematics.
• Ability to communicate effectively via phone, email and in person.
• Computer skills and comfort with technology, preferably to include MS Office and ProCore
• Ability to travel to jobsites for visits and problem resolution as required
