Job overview

 

As a Skilled Millwright Specialist at CL Construction, you will be responsible for the installation, assembly, repair, and preventative maintenance of grain facility equipment.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Identifying and using various hand and powered tools.
  • Using tape measures and standard levels
  • Trouble shooting equipment malfunctions
  • Maintaining equipment such as conveyors and motors.
  • Installing and assembling catwalks, ladders, legs, chutes, and other agricultural grain site components.

 

Qualifications

 

  • Agricultural Millwright experience– specifically conveyors, bearings, motors, etc.
  • Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Mechanical aptitude and experience with agriculture bin site related mechanics/equipment
  • Jobsite experience and high safety standards
  • Metal fabrication, stick welding and ability to identify metal thicknesses/sizes preferred
  • experience with rigging, structural steel erection and sheet metal fabrication preferred
