Job overview

As a Paving Finisher at CL Construction, you will be responsible for the prepping, pouring, and finishing of our concrete paving projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Puddling, pouring, and texturing of concrete
• Jobsite Prep – fine grading, setting string, forming, shimming, setting baskets & additional steel
• Curing, sawing, and sealing of paved concrete
• Building curb by hand and running a straight edge
• Working  behind a slip form paver

Qualifications

• 1 – 2 years Concrete Paving experience
• Jobsite Prep – fine grading, setting string, forming, shimming, setting baskets & additional steel
• Concrete – puddling, pouring, texturing, curing, sawing, and sealing
• Experience building curb by hand and running a straight edge
• Working with, in-front of or behind a slip form paver helpful
• Concrete or construction jobsite knowledge
