About the Role:

We are seeking experienced Project Executives for our Industrial group, specifically for our Power & Infrastructure team. Projects may include:

- Energy Generation Facilities

- Dispatchable Energy Production Facilities

- Central Utility Plants

- Backup Generation Plants

- District Heating and Cooling Facilities

- Waste-to-Energy Plants

- Water/Wastewater Infrastructure

Responsibilities:

As an Industrial Project Executive at McGough, you will lead and manage key projects from inception through deployment. This includes overseeing project resources, tasks, issues, timelines, costs, and scope.

Key responsibilities include:

- Ensuring project success and profitability

- Managing project financials and client satisfaction

- Leading by example and promoting the McGough way

- Mentoring project management staff for career advancement

- Building strong relationships with owners, design partners, subcontractors, and suppliers

- Championing company initiatives

Qualifications:

Required:

- Four-year degree in Construction Management or related field

- 15+ years of experience, including self-perform capabilities

- Strong collaboration and communication skills

- Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and multi-task

- Self-starter with strong computer skills, including Excel

Preferred:

- Estimating and field experience

- Scheduling experience

Office and Travel:

- Office: Corporate headquarters

- Travel: Regular travel to project sites across the country as required

Physical Requirements:

This position requires occasional standing, bending, walking, and lifting, along with visits to construction sites exposed to outdoor conditions and varying temperatures.
