Position Summary

The ConfirmIt Programmer is responsible for managing a project through the entire data collection phase using Confirmit. Including consultation with Project Staff on survey design, survey scripting (programming), monitoring sample release and quota targets, and executing a project within study time lines and budget parameters. Providing technical set-up and support for online and CATI research studies being managed by other DP staff members, supporting staff with training and guidance on Reportal, dashboards, and complex surveys designs within Confirmit, and initiating process improvement activities are also key requirements of this role.

 

Key Responsibilities

Surveys

  • Manage project execution plans, budgets, and delivery schedules for all CATI, online, and mixed mode survey programming assignments
  • Attend project kickoff meetings
  • Program and test scripts
  • Provide consultation to project team on how best to set up survey questions in an online data collection environment
  • Monitor sample, quotas and field status; alert Client Service Team and Ops Management when variances occur
    • Troubleshoot problems with other operations departments
    • Train and provide on-going coaching / support to Confirmit programming team
    • Follow standard operating procedures to ensure compliance with SSRS “Best Practices”

Reporting, Dashboards, Panel

  • Partner with Client Service Teams to develop Reportal dashboard for selected projects

Experience and Educational Background

  • College degree preferred, equivalent experience required
  • 5+ years of working experience in the marketing research industry in a technical capacity with a highly successful track record
