If you have the following skills and can perform the responsibilities listed below, please send us your resume.

  • Review the scope of work for each job, including challenges, safety hazards, work required, etc.
  • Weekly review and adjustment of manpower schedules.
  • Interviewing, hiring, and arranging the training of new painters.
  • Monitoring and updating the progress of new painters and scheduling reviews.
  • Responsible for the quality of work of field personnel.
  • Promotion of teamwork and enforcement of company policies.
  • Participation in job start-up meetings and site visits to ensure project readiness.
  • Coordination with Estimators, Project Managers, and Foremen as required.
  • Track Labor and Materials with the Project Manager.
  • Attendance at weekly progress meetings and conduct regular site visits to ensure productivity and safety.
  • Verify daily timekeeping software daily and review and approve hours for weekly payroll.

Requirements

  • 5 years of painting, drywall, or superintendent experience or related degree in construction management.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of paint and drywall materials and application.
  • Personable and possess good communication skills – ability to interact well with General Contractors, field team, and internal team.
  • Perform well under tight deadlines.
  • Bilingual is a requirement.
