Position:
Switch Electric, a leading electrical services provider, is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Bilingual Recruiter. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent to support our growing organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruitment, excellent interpersonal skills, and a keen understanding of the electrical and construction industry.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in the electrical or construction industry.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
- Bilingual required (Spanish and English)
Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for the organization.
- Job Postings and Advertising:
- Create compelling job descriptions and post openings on various job boards, social media platforms, and industry-specific channels.
- Develop and implement targeted recruitment advertising campaigns.
- Candidate Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates, keeping them engaged and informed.
- Interview Coordination:
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Prepare interview materials and assist in the evaluation of candidates.
- Employer Branding:
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of Switch Electrics' employer brand.
- Represent the company at job fairs, industry events, and networking functions.
- Onboarding Support:
- Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires.
- Provide support in the orientation and integration of new employees.
