We are currently searching for a Pipe Camera Specialist. This person will be responsible for all camera inspections of pipe installed by Morgan Corp. utilizing our utility camera equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain Morgan Corp Utility Camera by adjusting, cleaning, and performing minor repairs
- Ensure that Camera Control Room and all equipment are maintained in satisfactory working conditions at all times
- Mobilize between job sites and safely operate Morgan truck and trailer
- Coordinate between Project Management to schedule pipe inspections based on project requirements and priorities
- Communicate expectations of pipe conditions and accessibility prior to inspections
- Inspect all utility pipe and structures using NAASCO PACP/MACP/LACP guidelines
- Responsible for efficiently operating pipe camera and other control room equipment
- Ensure that all files are stored securely and in an organized manner
- Identify supervision when potential issues with pipe arise
- Maintain records of pipe inspection progress
- Maintaining and understanding current plan sets to ensure that they have sufficient knowledge of all pipe systems that they intend to inspect
- Perform other duties in survey/pipe operations as needed
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Valid Drivers License
- Current PACP/MACP/LACP Certification (We will provide)
- Must have current approved confined space training (We will provide)
Work Environment:
Work is performed outside in all types of environmental conditions. This position performs strenuous physical activity for long periods, under varying and adverse field conditions. This position must be able to lift and/or carry up to 75 lbs., stand, walk on uneven surfaces, manually manipulate, grasp, reach out and above shoulder, climb, kneel, bend, twist, and push/pull. Specific vision requirements include near, far, and color vision.
