We are currently searching for Virtual Teller working onsite from our Operations Center located in Columbus Grove, OH!

Under the direction of the Marketing Manager, the Virtual Teller supports the company’s core values and focuses on providing an exceptional client experience. The Virtual Teller provides basic cash receipt and payment services in accordance with financial institution procedures.  Additionally, this person will provide a variety of customer savings, checking and credit account transactions via the ITM.

Primary Responsibilities:

    Virtual Teller and Customer Service Responsibilities: 

• Be able to perform all duties of a Virtual Teller.
• Is responsible for comprehensive, prompt and efficient customer transactions.
• Assists customers with resolution of account problems and issues.
• Receives checks for cash for deposits to accounts, verifies amounts, examines checks for proper endorsement, and enters deposits into computer records.
• Cashes checks and processes withdrawals; pays out money after verification of signatures and customer balances.
• Receives mortgage, consumer loan and other payments and ensures the payments match balances due. Enters payments into computer. Generates customer receipts.
• Places holds on accounts for uncollected funds.
• Assists with Mobile Deposit review and decision process.
• Comply with all department and company policies and procedures.

    Operations:                   

• Keep abreast of changes in products, policies and procedures, and attend training as needed.
• Reports malfunctions of ITM and other equipment used by the Virtual Tellers.
• Contribute to the fulfillment of department and company objectives and goals.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Special requirements for the position:

• Prefer a high school degree and teller experience in a financial institution.
• Must have the capacity to work under stress and handle difficult situations.
