Key Responsibilities:

• Operate high-reach excavators to perform demolition tasks safely and efficiently.
• Collaborate with the demolition team to complete projects on schedule while adhering to safety guidelines.
• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of high-reach excavators to ensure optimal performance.
• Manage materials and debris with precision to minimize hazards on the job site.
• Utilize crane experience to support demolition tasks that involve lifting and moving heavy materials.
• Follow all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a secure work environment.
• Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and leadership to ensure smooth project execution.

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience operating high-reach excavators in demolition environments.
• Prior experience with crane operation is highly preferred.
• Valid certifications for operating high-reach excavators and cranes, if applicable. NCCCO certification strongly preferred. 
• Strong understanding of demolition procedures, safety regulations, and equipment maintenance.
• Ability to handle physically demanding tasks, including lifting, climbing, and working in varying weather conditions.
• Proven commitment to safety with a solid grasp of site safety protocols.
