We are searching for a Quality Assurance Field Coordinator that will help us coordinate and manage Electrical and Mechanical scopes of work for a large Multi Family Affordable Housing project. This position will provide development for the individual including executing construction projects of the highest value and quality on schedule and within budget. Work in unity with the rest of the project team to ensure that work is done safely, quality standards are upheld, and production is maximized in a manner that aligns with the company’s values.
Responsibilities include:
- Field verification of installed systems.
- Submittal review and tracking.
- Shop drawing review.
- Material tracking.
- Working with electrical and mechanical trade supervision.
- Schedule milestone tracking.
- Scope Verification.
Qualifications include:
- Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
- Ability to read plans.
- A strong understanding of construction project scheduling.
- Ability to stay organized and follow company policy regarding document management.
- Ability to read, speak and understand English.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Capacity to work in a team environment.
- Physical ability to use telephone, operate computer and keyboard, walk for continuous periods of time on uneven surfaces, climb stairs and ladders and carry/lift items up to 50 pounds occasionally.
- Adequate knowledge of Windows, MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook, Autodesk is a plus.
