Due to continued growth, we are looking to add a Service Sales Representative to our team in Oak Creek, WI. In this role, you will be responsible for selling services to new and existing customers, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be self-motivated, and have a knack for understanding customer needs and providing suitable service solutions.

 Responsibilities:

  • Assume a leadership role in the identification and building of significant long-term (owner-direct) relationships; this includes actively seeking new relationships and service opportunities
  • Produce detailed estimates, hydraulic calculations, and create proposals
  • Responsible for managing own projects, including scheduling labor, P&L
  • Ensure monthly billings are accurate and completed on time
  • Cross-sell fire alarm projects & inspections and fire extinguisher inspections
  • Work with the Contract department to secure fire protection service contracts
  • Maintain high level of service and quality upon which our business has been built

 Specific Requirements:

  • 4-year degree preferred OR completion of trade affiliated apprenticeship
  • 2-3 years of Project Management/leadership, design, and sales preferred
  • Valid, unrestricted WI driver license

Qualifications/Skills:

  • Knowledge of fire protection trade
  • Must be able to apply innovative and effective sales and project management techniques to maximize performance
  • Thorough understanding of corporate and industry practices, processes, standards, etc. and their impact on project activities
  • Make decisions and recommendations which can greatly affect profitability of assigned area
  • Make significant independent judgments
  • Ability to prioritize based on what is best for the company
  • Assertive personality with a progressive and positive attitude
  • Willing to call on new customers
  • Competent in various computer programs (i.e. Excel, Power Point)
  • Detail oriented
  • Self-motivated and motivator of others
  • Good interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to “think outside the box” and encourage creative thinking in others
  • Ability to work as part of a team to achieve the Company’s overall goals

Pay Range:  Pay depends on your level of experience and education
