We are seeking Shop Carpenters, Prefabricators, and CNC & Forklift Operators to join our growing team at our Keene facility. We are hiring full time positions for both our first and second shifts, where you will be working Monday to Friday and have the weekend off! First Shift hours will run 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM and Second Shift 2:30 PM to 11 PM. Did we mention those hired for the Second Shift will earn an additional $2.50/hr Shift Differential!

Your role will include:

• Building walls, roofs, and floors all in our climate-controlled facility
• Framing
• Sheathing
• Insulating
• CNC operation
• Window & door installation
• Air Sealing
• Bundling
• Forklift operation

Skills and Qualifications:

• Desire to learn & apply innovative sustainable building techniques
• Strong attention to detail
• Carpentry and woodworking knowledge is valuable (we pay for experience!)
• Experience working in a production facility is helpful
• Strong work ethic with a positive attitude
• Ability and desire to travel maybe required if performing on site installation
• Other duties as assigned
• 1+ years on-site experience preferred for our Installers
• Computer literacy and familiarity in AutoCAD or similar programs helpful
