Project Manager

Project Managers at Mid-City Electric provide leadership over electrical construction projects at some of the most sought-after job sites in the central Ohio area. They are successful at delivering results on time and within budget. They work with a wide range of internal and external personnel, establishing strong professional relationships while maintaining high communication standards. This role will be responsible for the management of small commercial electrical projects as well as the electrical service needs of assigned customers. 

Successful Project Managers Have Experience:

• Preparing bids and estimates
• Securing profitable work
• Maintaining strong, positive relationships
• Establishing project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards
• Maintaining high levels of communication with all parties involved in projects
• Preparing contracts, change orders, and purchase orders
• Requisitioning needed supplies and materials
• Maintaining safe job sites and encouraging safe work practices

Key Experience Needed to Hit the Ground Running:

• Demonstrated experience in a project management role
• Proficiency with project management and estimating software and MS Office Suite
• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or similar field
