PS SALON & SPA

We are looking to grow our team of PS Professionals with seasoned, licensed, Cosmetologist / Hairstylist who want more than just a career, but are business minded, tech savvy and looking to help make a difference in the lives of seniors, all while enjoying a great work life balance! Each of our 1500+ salon & spa locations, located in 36 states across the US,  are located within Senior Living Communities. This provides a built-in clientele.  We would love to schedule an interview with you today! 

SCHEDULE:

  • Part time
  • 3-4 days a week 9am-3pm
  • 50% service commission + tips! (not an hourly rate)
  • We provide all equipment and supplies
  • We provide paid training
  • We provide local Leadership for support
  • We provide an "on demand" Corporate Support Team for product or service QA's while in the salon
  • Licensed Cosmetologist / Hairstylist would need to provide their your own tools: (clippers, shears, hand held blow dryer, and multiple size curling or flat irons). 

REQUIRED:

  • Computer and/or iPad skills for technical daily salon functions
  • Learn and operate salon POS (point of sale system)
  • Ability to make end of day deposits as needed, navigate payment transactions, add payment methods and create customer accounts in the POS
  • Ability to complete online/virtual paid trainings
  • Maintain and/or build appointment books to increase business
  • MUST be up beat, motivated, positive, professional and business minded
  • MUST be able to work both independently, as well as with a team.

In FL, a PS salon professional makes on average the equivalent of $23 per hour, based on the 50% commission pay structure.
